Our return policy allows you to return your purchase for store credit.
Orders must be returned within 15-days of receiving them for credit.
Framed orders are non refundable and may not be returned.

You are responsible for shipping costs. If you have received a product defective or the item you receive is not the one you ordered we will pay the return-shipping costs.

Our Products
We use only the highest quality materials available.
Photographic paper and Ink
We print on archival-quality photographic paper, fully pigmented inks give the print an extremely high degree of UV and water resistance, this assures that your print will endure the time with the most beautiful and vibrant color.
Framing
We use only acid free mats and the finest quality wood frames, our artists match the prints with the best combination of frames and mats possible in order to enhance the importance of your print.
The print without the frame will be delivered unmounted (just the bare print). The unmounted prints normally will be delivered rolled in a tube as the best way to protect them in transit. Please take care handling the prints, as they are delicate and easily bent.
Custom sizes and Custom frames
Other sizes then the ones displayed are available. Every picture can be custom printed and sized for your individual needs.
For each print we can also provide different frames and mats.

If you buy the framed version the print will be delivered with mat an frame as displayed in the web site.
Limited Edition
Our limited edition section includes prints restricted only to specified number of copies. Each copy will be numbered and signed by the artist. When the last copy has be sold no more prints will ever be created of that image.
Fine Art
The fine art prints are photographs printed on canvas patiently painted by hand
with the newest technology available in software.
Colors
Be aware Images viewed on computer monitors will never exactly match the color of the print; all monitors are not the same and are calibrated differently.

Our footage has been shot in NTSC and PAL system
using Sony 3 CCD high resolution digital camcorders -DCR-VX 2100.
The footage will be sold by seconds and delivered on minidv tape conserving the original quality.
